It’s really a very challenging task for a parent to keep their child healthy and fit if they are extreme careless and lazy. Children need more care and attention regarding the proper growth and development of their body and mind.
So as a parent your first responsibility is your kid and their health. Start following the given health care tips for making your children strong, healthy and fit.

Healthy breakfast
Teach your kids to begin his or her day with the healthy breakfast. Teach them the important of having healthy food items in their diet for growth, development and sharp mind. Also tell your kids to chew food slowly for easy digestion.
Vegetables and fruits
Make your child understand about the importance of the green veggies and fruits in one’s life. Offer them different fruits and vegetables to eat. Everyday aim for giving them a total of 2 cups of fruit and 1/2 cups of any green veggie during the meal.
Water
We all know that water is the necessity substances needed for our survival. Teach your child about the benefits of drinking more water. Tell them to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Also offer them juice, fluids and low fat milk for body development and growth.
Let them go out to play
Your child already does his entire workout and exercise in the form of playing outdoors games like cricket, football, bicycling, skipping, racing and many more. So whenever your child takes your permission to go out for playing, quickly allow them to play for around 1 hour for healthy workout and fitness.

Limit indoor staying
In case your child is a lazy jack then make him or her active by limiting their indoor activities like playing video games, watching TV and computer. Encourage them to go out and play. You can also make yourself engage with them in physical activities like walking, running, bicycling and jogging.
Healthy hygiene
Good hygiene plays an important role in maintaining good health and body. Keep an eye check on your child whether he or she keeps themselves in healthy and neat conditions or not.
Enough sleep
Make sure that your child is getting enough sleep as per their body requirement. If not, then make a proper schedule of your kid sleeping time.
